According to reports, the event took place in Hasanpur village where a 13-year-old fell from a wall and got injured. After several attempts to contact the ambulance, his younger brother who is just 11 years put his elder brother on a tri-cycle scrap rickshaw.

The viral video was shared on X by a user named Priya Singh and has been watched by thousands of users as of now. The post was captioned as, “This is the condition of the health system. Patient on a cart. Minor brought to hospital. This is being said to be a viral video of CHC of Unchahar police station area of Raebareli.” Meanwhile, the reports revealed that a public outrage brought the incident to light before the Superintendent of the local Community Health Centre.
