The passenger claims in the video that the officer didn’t give the change despite having a bundle of money. The passenger mentioned in the video, “I gave 50 rupees to him and asked him to provide a return ticket to Kandivali. And he is saying that he is not having change. However, he is having Rs 20 bundle.”
The passenger mentioned in the video that he doesn’t use an online payment system. The social media users have criticized the railway officer in the comment section.
