Viral Video: A recent viral video has caught the attention of the netizens where a man can be seen walking in reverse, down the escalator. In the clip, the man struggles to step down on the railway platform from the escalator as it is moving in the upward direction. He probably took the wrong way, which left him stuck there for a few minutes. Meanwhile, people watched the man in awe without bothering to extend a helping hand.
An anonymous Reddit user shared the video, with the caption, “Saw this guy at Thane station —it took him 5 min to come down the escalator from the moment I started recording. I wonder how long he had been trying before that.” Even he didn’t help him in that situation and choose to film him instead.”

However, it remains unclear whether the man was pulling a prank on the escalator or actually stuck in it. The video has generated a good response on Reddit with over 8k upvotes. He later managed to get down the platform while everyone carried on with their routine work, reports stated.
