Sunny Priyan
1 cup rice flour, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1-2 green chillies, 1 tbsp ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, Salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil, Fresh coriander for garnish.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped green chilies, and grated ginger. Saute for a minute
Add 2 cups of water to the pan, along with turmeric powder and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add the rice flour to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Lower the heat and cook the mixture for 5-7 minutes, stir occasionally until it thickens.
Once it’s cooked and forms a soft, smooth dough-like consistency, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
