Chopped cabbage, diced carrot, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, chili flakes (optional).
Chop cabbage into small pieces for a perfect soup texture.
Heat oil & sauté onions + garlic until golden.
Add cabbage, carrots & tomatoes. Stir well.

Pour in vegetable broth & season. Let it simmer for 15 mins.
