Broccoli, tofu, coconut milk, green curry, soy sauce, sugar, basil, onion, ginger, garlic, red bell pepper, Coriander.
Heat oil in a pan, add green curry paste, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Heat to medium, cook onion and mushrooms for 3 mins. Add garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and tofu; cook 4 mins.
Cook red pepper, broccoli, and snow peas for 2 mins. Zest half a lime into the pan.
Pour in coconut milk and vegetable broth. Stir well and let it simmer.
Serve hot with rice or noodles. Enjoy this healthy, flavorful delight.
