Coconut macaroons are a delightful, chewy dessert perfect for Eid celebrations. Easy to make and full of flavor.
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut, 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Fold in shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Let them cool, then enjoy these chewy, sweet coconut macaroons with family and friends this Eid.
