All-purpose flour, chocolate, cinnamon powder, chopped nuts, ghee, khoya (mawa), sugar.
Mix flour, ghee & water to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roast khoya, add melted chocolate, cinnamon & nuts. Stir well.

Roll out dough, add filling & seal edges well. Use a fork for a classic design.

Deep-fry till golden brown & crispy. You can also bake them for a healthier version.
