Yogurt, grated cucumber, roasted cumin powder, salt, fresh mint, and coriander.
Wash, peel, and grate the cucumber. Squeeze out excess water.
Take fresh yogurt and whisk it until smooth and creamy.
Add the grated cucumber, spices, and herbs to the yogurt. Stir well.
Adjust salt and spices as per your preference.
Garnish with coriander leaves and a sprinkle of cumin powder.
