Chex cereal, white chocolate, pink melts, M&Ms, sprinkles, sugar.
Crush Oreos into crumbs, mix with espresso powder and melted butter, and press into the pan to form the crust.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add coffee mixture, vanilla, eggs, and cream. Mix until combined.
Pour the batter over the crust. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45-50 minutes until set.
Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with whipped cream, cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy.
