1 packet of corn puffs or puffed rice, 2 tbsp peri peri seasoning or chilli powder, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Place the corn puffs or puffed rice in a large mixing bowl.
In a bowl, mix peri peri seasoning, salt, and olive oil (or melted butter) together.
Drizzle the seasoning mix over the puffs and toss to coat evenly.
For extra crispiness, bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
Once crispy, drizzle with lemon juice (optional) and enjoy your peri peri pop rings.
