Idli batter, rice flour, semolina, baking soda, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and oil for frying.
Start by mixing the idli batter with rice flour, semolina, and a pinch of salt.
Add a pinch of baking soda and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well for a smooth, thick consistency.
Grease your palms and roll small balls from the batter, about the size of a marble.
Carefully place the idli balls in a steamer and steam for 10-12 minutes until they are cooked through and soft.
Serve your crispy Goli Idlis with coconut chutney or spicy sambar. Enjoy the South Indian delight.
