1 cup fresh blueberries, 1 tbsp sugar (for the blueberries), 1 cup Italian cheese, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled), 1 pack of ladyfingers (savoiardi).
Take a bowl and toss the fresh blueberries with 1 tbsp of sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the berries to release their juice.
Whisk the Italian cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the brewed coffee, making sure they are moistened.
Spread the Italian cream mixture over the soaked ladyfingers. Add a layer of sugared blueberries and their juice. Repeat for the remaining layers.
Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours. Garnish with extra fresh blueberries on top. Serve and enjoy.
