1 block Halloumi cheese, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste, fresh mint leaves (optional).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat, then brush Halloumi with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly charred.
Serve hot and enjoy .You can pair it with fresh fruit, mint, and a drizzle of honey for a refreshing snack.
Use a grill mat or aluminum foil to prevent sticking, and top with fresh herbs, spices, or pomegranate seeds for added flavor.
