Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of the tortilla for a crispy texture when grilling.
Place a generous amount of cheese on the unbuttered side of the tortilla. You can also add other fillings for extra flavour.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly, ensuring the cheese stays inside.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and grill for about 2-3 minutes.
