Start by melting the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. This gives the cake a soft texture.
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs and sugar. Then, fold in the flour and baking powder.
Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes.
To make truffles: Melt more chocolate with cream, let it cool, then roll into balls.
Once the cake cools, frost it with a smooth chocolate ganache. Place the truffles on top & add fruits for the final touch.
