Ripe tomatoes, rice flour, semolina (rava), green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, salt, and water.
Blend tomatoes, chili, ginger & cumin into a smooth puree. Add to rice flour & semolina. Mix well.
Grind to smooth batter adding 2 cup water.
Add 2 tbsp coriander, few curry leaves, 1 inch ginger, grated, 1 tsp cumin and water.
When the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.
Garnish with dry fruits & rose petals for divine flavors.
