Flour, cinnamon, butter, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, jam, powdered sugar.
Beat butter & sugar until creamy. Add egg yolk & vanilla. Mix in flour, almonds, cinnamon & salt. Chill for 30 mins.
Roll out the dough into 1/8-inch thickness.
Cut circles & use a smaller cutter for the center of half the cookies.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 mins until lightly golden. Let them cool completely.
Spread a layer of jam on whole cookies. Place the cut-out cookies on top, sandwiching them together.
