Almonds, cashew, poppy seeds, rose patels, melon Seeds, cinnamon, saffron, cardamom, Fennel Seeds, Pistachios.
Grind the soaked ingredients into a fine paste using a little water.
Mix the paste with chilled milk and sugar. Stir well for a smooth texture.
Strain the mixture to remove any coarse particles.
Garnish with dry fruits & rose petals for divine flavors.
