Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
Mix breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan, and seasonings.
Combine chicken, egg, oil, and breadcrumb mixture.
Chill, shape into 20 meatballs, and place on the sheet.
Brush with oil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Flip halfway and ensure meatballs reach 165°F.
