Sunny Priyan
1 cup cooked sticky rice, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 2-3 pieces of fruit (any), 2 sheets of seaweed (nori) or fruit leather.
Cook the sticky rice. Once cooked, stir in sugar and cocoa powder until fully combined.
slice your choice of fruits into thin strips for the fillings of chocolate sushi.
Toast the Nori for a crispy texture and for enhancement of flavour. Puree the fruits in a blender.
Spread an even layer of chocolate rice onto the nori or fruit leather. Place your fruit strips along the center of the rice.
Roll the nori or fruit leather tightly. Slice it into bite-sized pieces. Serve and enjoy!
