250g mushrooms, 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch or gram flour.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, oil, and cornstarch (until smooth).
Clean and slice the mushrooms, coat them in the marinade mixture. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat your grill.
Skewer the marinated mushrooms and grill for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with naan or chutney.
