In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and flour. Add salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Mix until smooth!
Heat a pan and lightly grease with oil. Pour small batter portions and spread.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Topped with sour cream and herbs, they’re a perfect healthy breakfast or snack.
