2 cups fresh milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup dark rum, 1/2 cup raisins.
In a bowl, soak the raisins in dark rum for at least 2 hours. Set aside.
In a saucepan, combine fresh milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is warm. Remove from heat.
Allow the milk and cream mixture to cool to room temperature. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Once the cream mixture is chilled, stir in the soaked raisins and rum into the base. Mix well.
Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker, freeze for 4 hours, and enjoy your creamy homemade Fresh Milk Rum Raisin Ice Cream!
