1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 cup ghee or oil, 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
Minced lamb, onion, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, salt.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Combine flour, salt & baking powder. Add ghee/oil & mix. Gradually add lukewarm water & knead for 5-7 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle. Add onion, garlic, and lamb. Cook until the lamb is browned. Add spices and salt. Mix well.
Divide dough into small balls, roll out, add filling, fold into triangle/cone, seal edges.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the samosas. Fry until they are golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serve the spicy lamb samosas hot with a dollop of raita or a sprinkle of chaat masala. Enjoy.
