Steamed To Perfection: Try This Authentic Afghani Momos

1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup ground chicken, 1 onion, 1/2 cup chopped vegetables, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, 1 tbsp oil, Water.

Ingredients

In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and enough water to make a smooth dough. Set it aside for 20-30 minutes.

Prepare The Dough

Saute onion and ginger-garlic paste, add chicken, veggies, soy sauce, chili paste, salt, and pepper, cooking until dry.

Prepare The Filling

Roll dough into thin circles, add filling, and fold it.

Shape The Momos

Place the momos in a steamer. Steam for about 15-20 minutes until they’re fully cooked.

Steam 

Serve the Afghani momos hot with a dipping sauce or chutney of your choice.
