All-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, butter, sugar, egg, buttermilk, vanilla extract, red food coloring.
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
Mix buttermilk & red food coloring, then add to the batter. Fold in dry ingredients.
Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
Beat until smooth, then frost & decorate with sprinkles.
