Butter, sugar, flour, lemon zest, and crushed pistachios.
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in lemon zest and crushed pistachios.
Roll out the dough and cut into your favorite biscuit shapes.
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Let cool & enjoy with a cup of tea.
