South Korea Plane Crash: US Investigators To Probe Cause Of Jeju Air Tragedy That Left 179 Dead

The USA government has a sent a team for investigation of the matter to South Korea. This includes the officials from the NTSB (National Transportation Safety Board), which works with Boeing and FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).

The world came across one of its most horrific aviation accidents when a Jeju Air Boeing 737-800 plane crashed at the Muan Airport in South Korea. The accident killed 179 of 181 passengers leaving only two flight attendants Lee and Kwon alive. Both the flight attendants sustained severe injuries and them being alive was a huge miracle. The plane failed to land on the airstrip on their second attempt and had also failed on the first time as well. The plane was hit with an underlying concrete barrier after which it caught fire and took the life of 179 people.
