Explanation :

1) Kirti is sitting third to the left of Shubh.

2) Kirti is sitting at one of the corners.

3) Pari is not sitting at any corner.

4) Pari is not sitting immediately next to Kirti.

5) Kanak is sitting second to the right of Pari.

6) Suman is sitting immediately next to Charu.

7) Suman is not sitting exactly in the middle of any side.

8) Only three persons sit between Suman and Shlok.

As after positioning Charu, Suman and Shlok only one position is left which will be occupied by the only person left i.e Shivi.

Here, according to the final arrangement Shlok is sitting second to the right of Shivi.

Hence, "Shlok" is the correct answer.
