1. Delimitations refer to the boundaries of the research study, based on the researcher’s decision of what to include and what to exclude.
2. They narrow your study to make it more manageable and relevant to what you are trying to prove.
3. Delimitations are set so that your goals do not become impossibly large to complete. 
4. Examples of delimitations include objectives, research questions, variables, theoretical objectives that you have adopted, and populations chosen as targets to study.
