Calculation:

CP = ₹7,725 / 1.25

⇒ CP = ₹6,180

Discount = 4% of ₹7,725

⇒ Discount = ₹7,725 × 4 / 100

⇒ Discount = ₹309

SP = MP - Discount

⇒ SP = ₹7,725 - ₹309

⇒ SP = ₹7,416

Profit Percentage = \(\dfrac{SP - CP}{CP} \times 100\)

⇒ Profit Percentage = \(\dfrac{7,416 - 6,180}{6,180} \times 100\)

⇒ Profit Percentage = \(\dfrac{1,236}{6,180} \times 100\)
