Checking each option one by one:

Given equation: 15 × 5 ÷ 6 + 10 - 2 = 10

1) 2 and 5

15 × 2 ÷ 6 + 10 - 5 = 10

= 15 × 2/6 + 10 - 5

= 5 + 10 - 5

= 15 - 5

= 10

= 10 = R.H.S.

2) 2 and 6

15 × 5 ÷ 2 + 10 - 6 = 10

= 15 × 2.5 + 10 - 6

= 37.5 + 10 - 6

= 47.5 - 6

= 41.5 ≠ R.H.S.

3) 5 and 6

15 × 6 ÷ 5 + 10 - 2 = 10

= 15 × 6/5 + 10 - 2

= 18 + 10 - 2

= 28 - 2

= 26 ≠ R.H.S.

4) 5 and 15

5 × 15 ÷ 6 + 10 - 2 = 10

= 5 × 15/6 + 10 - 2

= 12.5 + 10 - 2

= 22.5 - 2

= 20.5 ≠ R.H.S

Hence, "2 and 5" is the correct answer.
