Each floor consists of two flats Flat A and Flat B such that Flat A is in west of Flat B and Flat A of Floor 1 is immediately below Flat A of Floor 2 and so on same for Flat B. N lives above the floor of D. I does not live to the south of L. S and Q lives on different floor and different flats but on even number floors. There is only one floor between I and O.
