AWES TGT Vacancy 2025

The Army Welfare Education Society will release the vacancies for AWES Trained Graduate Teachers after the exam is complete. The vacancies will be released by the respective Army Public Schools. Details of the same will be updated once notified by the authorities.

AWES TGT Application Process 2025

The applications for AWES Trained Graduate Teacher Recruitment must be submitted online. The step-by-step application process for the same has been explained below for your reference.

Step 1: Profile Registration

Candidates must register for the screening exam through the official portal between 5th June 2025 to 16th August 2025. Ensure that no other website is used for registration purposes.

Step 2: Essential Requirements

For the profile registration, candidates need to have a valid AADHAR card, mobile number, and email ID. An OTP will be sent to both the mobile number and email ID to complete the registration.

Step 3: Editing Details

Candidates can edit their post or other details anytime before final submission, except for the basic details provided on the first page of the form.

Step 4: Document Upload

While filling out the online form, candidates must upload the following documents: a recent photograph, signature, and proof of date of birth (10th Marksheet or Birth Certificate).

Step 5: Payment of Exam Fee

The system will prompt candidates to pay an exam fee online. Payment can be made through UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking via the integrated payment gateway.

Step 6: Registration Confirmation

Once registration is completed, candidates will receive a confirmation via email and SMS. A successful registration message will also be displayed on the screen.

Step 7: Assistance for Registration

Candidates can seek assistance throughout the registration process via helpline numbers or the helpdesk email. Support will be available until the examination.

Step 8: Applying for Multiple Posts

Candidates can apply for multiple posts, such as PRT, TGT, or PGT, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for each. A fresh application is required for each post.

Step 9: Keep a Printout

Candidates are advised to keep a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.

AWES Online Screening Test

It will be an online exam. Based on the AWES OST scorecard, candidates can apply for TGT vacancies at Army Public Schools across the country. The test will be conducted online in the MCQ format. The questions will be randomly generated from a subject specific question bank.

Interview

Candidates who apply for the Army Public School TGT vacancies will have to undergo an interview conducted by the Central Selection Board (CSB). The respective schools shall announce the vacancies available through various means like Local Newspapers, School websites of Notice Boards.

Evaluation of  Teaching Skills & Computer Proficiency
