GITAM GAT Counseling 2023 - Complete Process

The eligible candidates can take part in the counseling process by downloading the GITAM GAT counseling Call Letter. . GITAM GAT Counseling 2023 will be conducted by GITAM University through online mode. Only those candidates who are eligible will get a seat through GITAM in one of its reputed institutes.

Step 1: Visit the official website

Step 2: Login with your login credentials

Step 3: Download the counseling call letter

Step 4: Select your preference of college/campus

Step 5: Pay the counseling fees via net banking, credit card, debit card or UPI

The college authorities will allot colleges on the basis of candidates choice of preference and verify the documents

Step 6: After allocation and document verification, you have to report to the college with original documents and make the admission fee payment

What options will be available after GITAM GAT Seat Allotment?

The candidate will have to pay an expected amount of Rs.1000 to participate in the counselling round and fill out the application of the college of his choice. After GITAM GAT seat allocation, candidates will have to visit the allotted college with the original documents for verification and pay the admission fee.

• Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate.
• Aadhaar card or any other identity proof
• Transfer and Conduct Certificates issued from the institute last attended.
• Caste Certificate (applicable for SC/ST candidates).
• Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon (applicable for PH candidates)
