It is hereby noticed that the conducting body now onwards Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) will also accept the score of IPMAT 2022. On June 02 the application process for IPMAT concluded. IPMAT stands for Integrated Program in Management Aptitude whose managing body is IIM Indore. The institution is likely to conduct the exam every year to enrol aspiring candidates. What is IPMAT?

IPMAT is a national-level test to get admission to the five-year integrated program in management. The exam is under the dual degree program (BBA +MBA) which is designed for students who want to take up their careers in the managerial and business fields. In 2011, IIM Indore in India first launched the integrated program for 5 yrs. Later on, other IIMs also started the program getting inspired. 

After the 12th a student is eligible for the entrance. The test is a computer-based test conducted online. Currently, more than 30 examination centers are available to aspiring students. The IPMAT 2022 score is also accepted in other IIMs like IIM Ranchi, IIFT Kakinada, Nirma university, and many others.

IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

The IIM Indore has set some eligibility criteria for the entrance exam IPMAT 2022. Students are required to give notice to the eligibility standpoint to take admission to the 5 yrs. integrated program in management. The following are the officially released IPMAT eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualifications -

• A candidate must pass the 10th board & 12th board examination from a reputed institute with aggregated marks.

Age - 

• Minimum age of the candidates should be 20 years of age as of July 31, 2022.
• Candidates must pass the required exams in the years 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Number of Attempts -

• Every candidate is allowed to attempt the exam as many times before reaching the age of 20. It is likely a candidate can get 2-3 attempts. 

Minimum marks -

• In the case of the general and NC-OBC categories, the candidate should have scored a minimum aggregate mark of 60% in class 10/SSC and class 12th/HSC or equivalent examination.
• In the case of SC/ST and PWD (DA) category, a minimum 55% aggregate mark should be needed in 10th and 12th grade.

Nationality -

• No criteria regarding the nationality of a candidate

Reservation -

• No reservation is applicable in the IPMAT program

IPMAT 2022 Selection Process 

The selection process of IPMAT 2022 takes place in a two-step process. In the first step, the candidates need to appear in the IPM Aptitude Test, and based on the secured score candidates are shortlisted for the second step which includes a personal interview(PI). The second step will yet to take place. After this process, a final merit list of candidates will be announced which enlists the name of those who are eligible for admission in the integrated program in management at IIM Indore for the year 2022 batch. 

IPMAT 2022 selection process is likely to be held in eight different cities. As per the reservation norms of the Government of India, there is a separate reservation percentage for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and PWD which are considered during the time of admission. The following is the typical weightage given to the various stages of the IPMAT selection procedure:

• Aptitude test score - 65 %(written test - Quantitative Ability Section + Verbal Ability Section) 
• Personal interview - 35 % 

IPMAT Exam 2022 Registration Process

Step 3: The registration site will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Students need to fill in all necessary details asking for.

Step 5: Now go to the registration fee details.

Step 6: Upload the mandatory documents such as signature, photo, ID proof, etc.

Step 8: Select the payment mode and press the Next button.

Step 9: After this, a Transaction ID is generated to make payment. Then, click on “proceed”.

IPMAT 2022 Application Process

The application process for IPMAT 2022 is held out in online mode. The following are the points a candidate needs to follow to complete and successful submission the form:

• Candidates have to submit their respective application forms online.
• The forms of IPMAT are available on the official website of IIM Indore.

IPMAT 2022 Syllabus 

The exam syllabus for IPMAT 2022 is based on quantitative and verbal which comprises 3 sections. Candidates need to go thoroughly through the syllabus and topic to crack the entrance strategically.
