The revised list of NEET PG 2025 has been released by NBE, with the number of test cities increased to 233. Candidates can select their preferred city when the application form reopens from June 13 to June 17, 2025. NEET PG 2025 is a national-level exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for medical graduates aiming to pursue MD, MS and PG Diploma courses across India. The exam will be held in computer-based mode. Candidates must complete their one-year mandatory internship on or before July 31, 2025, to be eligible. The NEET PG 2025 exam is scheduled for August 3, 2025. The exam city intimation slip will be released on July 21, 2025, and admit cards are expected to be available from July 31, 2025.

NEET PG counselling will be held for both 50% All India Quota(AIQ) and 50% state quota seats under the supervision of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). Candidates who completed their MBBS outside India must carry a screening test certificate from NBE at the time of counselling.

NEET PG 2025 Supreme Court Notice

The Supreme Court has ordered that NEET PG 2025 must be held in one shift only, rejecting NBE’s plan for two shifts. The court said different papers can't be truly equal and score normalisation isn't fair. It ruled this violates students' right to equality and asked NBE to ensure one common paper.

->NBE has released the revised list of 233 NEET PG exam cities. Candidates can choose their city from June 13 to June 17, 2025.

-> NEET PG 2025 exam, originally scheduled for June 15, 2025, has now been rescheduled and will be conducted on August 3, 2025.

->The NEET PG 2025 admit card which was earlier scheduled for June 11, 2025, will now be issued on July 31, 2025.

-> NEET PG 2025 city slip will be declared on July 21, 2025, allowing candidates to view their exam city details in advance.

->The NEET PG edit window will be open from June 20 to June 21, 2025, giving candidates a chance to fix any mistakes in their application form.

->To be eligible for the NEET PG 2025 exam, candidates must complete their internship by July 31, 2025.

 ->The NEET PG 2025 results will be declared on September 3, 2025 on official website at https://natboard.edu.in/

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of NBE

Go to the official website of the National Board of Examinations (NBE) at natboard.edu.in to start the application process.

Step 2: Click on “New Registration”

On the homepage, select the "New Registration" option to create an account.

Step 3: Enter Required Details

Provide details like mobile number, email ID, date of birth, gender, and nationality. Click "Submit" to complete the registration process.

Step 4: Receive Registration Details

Check your registered email and mobile number for the application/registration number and password.

Step 5: Upload Necessary Documents

Log in and upload scanned documents, including personal, contact, and identification details, as well as medical council registration information.

Step 6: Pay the Application Fee

Complete the application by paying the required fee through the online payment portal.

Step 7: Download and Print the Application Form

Save and print a copy of the submitted NEET PG Application Form for future reference.

NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2025

NEET PG Eligibility Criteria 2025 are very important to be fulfilled for the NEET PG examination. The applicants must fulfill the following educational eligibility criteria as per the course they have applied for. The candidate should have finished an MBBS degree or have a Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate acknowledged by the NMC Act, 2019, and the repealed Indian Medical Council Act 1956.

NEET PG Exam Pattern 2025

The candidate needs to have a clear understanding of the NEET PG exam pattern so that they can follow the right way to attempt the exam. The candidate can follow the exam pattern described below for reference:

  • The NEET PG paper will consist of objective-type questions in English only.
  • The total number of questions will be 200.
  • Each question will carry 4 marks, and a negative marking of 1 mark is in it.
  • The duration of the NEET PG entrance test will be 3 hours and 30 minutes.

NEET PG 2025 Admit Card

Candidates appearing for NEET PG Exam can download their admit card for the 2025 examination from the official website of the National Board of Examinations (NBE). Candidates can follow the below steps to download the NEET PG admit cards:

Step 1: The candidate must visit the official National Board of Examinations (NBE) official website at natboard.edu.in.

Step 2: The candidate must look for the “NEET PG Tab” and click on the “NEET PG Admit Card” Link

Step 3: To download the NEET PG Admit Card, the candidate must enter the user name, ID and password.

Step 4: The NEET PG 2025 admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: The candidate must take a printout of the NEET PG admit card for further reference. 

Note: The NEET PG photograph must meet the following specifications that must be placed on the admit card: 

  • Size of photograph: Minimum 35x45 mm (and not larger than the box printed on the admit card for pasting the photograph) with at least 75% area on the photograph should be occupied with the face and head of the candidate. 
  • It should be a color photograph with white background. 
  • The photograph needs to display a full front view of the face with a neutral expression. No Caps, Stethoscopes, Goggles, or Ornaments are to be worn. 
  • The photograph should not have reflection or shadow on the face with red eyes. 
  • The photograph needs to be printed on high-quality paper with at least 600 dpi Resolution. 
  • The photograph must not have kinks, scratches, and stains.

The NEET PG 2025 city intimation slip will be issued on July 21, 2025. It helps candidates know which city they've been assigned for the exam. Step 2: The candidate must click on the “NEET PG Answer Key 2025 link”

Step 3: After clicking on it, the NEET PG Answer Key will be displayed on the screen.

NEET PG Result 

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) will release the NEET PG result on its official website on September 3, 2025. The candidates can follow the steps given below to download the NEET PG Result.

Step 1: The candidate must visit the official website of the National Board of Examinations (NBE) at natboard.edu.in.

Step 2: The candidate will have to look for the “Result tab” on the homepage of the NBE.

Step 3: On clicking on the “NEET PG Result” link, a new page will appear on the screen with a pdf file carrying the roll number of all the qualified candidates.
