The TS POLYCET Counselling for the year 2025 will begin soon after the exam is conducted and results are declared. Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Hyderabad. The TS POLYCET exam is conducted for the candidates seeking admission in various Diploma courses offered in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy etc. Qualified candidates from the examination get admission to various Govt. and Private polytechnic institutions across the state. TS POLYCET Counselling 2025- Complete Process 

Aspirants need to follow the below-mentioned steps in order to take part in the TS POLYCET 2025 entrance exam counselling process:

Step 1: Payment of Processing Fee - 

In the first step, candidates will have to pay the processing fee of TS Polycet 2025 counselling through the portal. Candidates will have to enter the Hall ticket number, ICR form number and date of birth in the portal to pay the fee. The candidates must pay the processing fee online through debit/credit card or internet banking.

Step 2: Slot Booking For Document Verification -

After the payment of the fee, candidates will have to book their slot for document verification.

Step 3: Document Verification - 

Candidates will have to report the TS POLYCET 2025 counselling centres for document verification on the slot booked by them. Candidates will be required to take the original and photocopies of all their documents for verification. Once the verification will be successful, candidates will be eligible for option entry.

Step 4: TS Polycet Registration- 

After document verification, candidates have to register for web-based TS POLYCET counselling 2025. Candidates will have to create a password for their account. All the seat allotment communication will be done through this account only.

Step 5: Option Entry- 

After registration, candidates will have to participate in Option Entry which will be conducted online. During option entry, candidates will have to choose the combination of course and institute as per their choice. Candidates are advised to choose the maximum choices in order to increase the chances of seat allotment.

Step 6: Locking of Choices - 

Candidates will have to lock the choices selected by them during option entry before the last date. However, if a candidate does not submit his/her choices, they will be automatically locked after the last date and the candidate will not be able to make any changes to it after that.

Step 7: TS Polycet Seat Allotment - 

The authorities will release the result of the TS POLYCET seat allotment based on merit rank and choices locked by the candidates. The result of the TS POLYCET 2025 seat allotment will be available for the candidates online through their accounts. Candidates will have to log in to their accounts to know about the seat allotment status. If the candidate will be allotted a seat, he/she will have to download the TS Polycet seat allotment letter which will contain the name of the institute and course allotted to the candidate.

Step 8: Reporting at the allotted college-

Candidates will have to report the allotted institutes with a seat allotment letter and receipt of payment.

What options will be available after TS POLYCET Seat Allotment?

After the final payment and allotment of seats, candidates will have to report to the allocated institute with their documents. If they do not wish to continue with the allocated seat, they will have to log in to their registered accounts and choose the respective options. 

Documents Required for Verification after TS POLYCET Seat Allotment 2025 

Candidates will have to report to the allotted colleges as per the schedule after the counselling procedure is done. Candidates shortlisted for TS POLYCET Counselling 2025 need to carry the required original documents with two sets of zerox copies for the Document verification process.

• S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo 
• IV to X Study Certificates 
• Transfer Certificate (T.C) 
• Income Certificate issued on or after 01-01-2025 by competent authority, if applicable.
• EWS Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar valid for the year 2025-26, if applicable.
• Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
• Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education. 
• In respect of Non-Local candidates to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates needs to be submitted.

Residence Certificate: Candidates who has resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State.

Employer Certificate: Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, local bodies , Universities and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for TSPOLYCET-2025 Examination.

• Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.
