• Candidates belonging to other states can also apply for the PRT post.

Bihar Primary Teacher Age Limit 

As per the Bihar Primary Teacher Niyojan Niyamawali:

• Minimum age limit: 18 years
• Maximum age limit: 42 years

Bihar Primary Teacher Qualification

The details regarding the Bihar PRT educational qualification have been mentioned below.

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name called)

Or

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 45% marks and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name called) obtained in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulations 2002 yes.

Or

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

Or

• Higher Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

Or

• Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known);

And

• Qualified either CTET Paper I or BTET Paper I.
