Preparation Tips and Techniques for CTET Science Exam!

Aspirants must be using the most efficient study method and materials when preparing for the CTET Science Subject in accordance with the CTET Exam Pattern for Science. Here are some best tips and techniques that the candidates can use to get the best results in their upcoming CTET Paper 2 Exam.

  • Beginning from the Scratch

Candidates must make it a point to study from the basics as it would help them firmly build the foundation of the subject. The CTET Science questions will be mostly from the basics hence the candidates can go through them on priority and then move to the latest topics; this would give the candidates a real understanding of what they have learned.

  • Taking up Mock Tests

A CBT test like CTET demands speed and accuracy, and practicing mock tests is the only way of attaining that efficiency. Students are advised to take at least three mock tests per week as and when they prepare the concepts. Taking up mock tests will boost their memory power and also increase their speed. Students will be able to know a gradual change in their speed when they prepare with the mock tests.

  • Analyzing Results

Correcting their mistakes is equally important when students take up mock tests. Only taking up tests, and answering several CTET Previous Year Papers will never give students the results that they expect. Candidates must check their answer sheets themselves and correct the mistakes before they jump on to the next mock test. By this way, candidates will be able to know in what topic they lack knowledge and they will think of a way to resolve those.

  •  Accuracy

CTET is a computer-based exam hence the speed at which the candidates solve each question adds to their accuracy level. Students can take up only a minute for every question. If they can take up only a minute, they must be thorough with all the concepts and be familiarised with all the questions too, hence students must have that capacity to have everything in their mind and they must be revised all the questions.
