In 1st barrel:

Assam tea : Darjeeling tea : Nilgiri tea = 2 : 3 : 1

In 2nd barrel :

Darjeeling tea : Nilgiri tea : Kangra tea = 5 : 4 : 3

Calculation:

Assam tea : Darjeeling tea : Nilgiri tea = 2 : 3 : 1

⇒ 2 + 3 + 1 = 6

Darjeeling tea : Nilgiri tea : Kangra tea = 5 : 4 : 3

⇒ 5 + 4 + 3 = 12

Equal weight of both barrel.

Assam tea : Darjeeling tea : Nilgiri tea = (2 : 3 : 1) × 2

⇒ 4 : 6 : 2

Assam tea : Darjeeling tea : Nilgiri tea : Kangra tea = 4 : 6 + 5 : 2 + 4 : 3
