Calculation:

According to the question,

BC = BA

Angle opposite to equal sides of an isosceles triangle is equal.

⇒ ∠BAC = ∠BCA    ----(1)

in an ΔADC, 

CD > AD

We know that, in a triangle, the angle opposite to the greater sides is greater than the smaller side.

⇒ ∠DAC > ∠DCA     ----(2)

Adding equation (1) & (2)

⇒ ∠BAD > ∠BCD
