Calculation:

Let's write the recurring decimal in fraction form

X = Multiply X by 10

10X = \(2.\overline{36} \)..... (1)

1000x = \(236.\overline{36} \).....(2)

Subtract (2) from (1)

=> \(1000X - 10X =236.\overline{36}-2.\overline{36} \)

=> \(990X=234\)

=>\(X ={234\over 990}\)

=> \(X={13\over 55}\)

Hence, the answer is '\(\textbf{13}\over \textbf{55}\)'.
