Calculation:

Number of females who attending seminar from city B is 450 × 100 /125 = 360

Number of male attend seminar from B 360 × 40 /60 = 240

Total number of people attend seminar from B is 360 + 240 = 600

Total number of people in city B is 600 × 100 /60 = 1000 = m3

So, m = 10
