How many people are sitting between the Prakash and Kasim on counting from the right of Kasim?

2. All of them are sitting in the center of a center around a hexagonal table in a coffee shop.

Explanation : 

1) Ratish and Prakash are sitting in the corner in front of each other.

2) Mahesh is not a neighbor of Prakash.

3) Nisha is sitting at the right hand side of Mahesh.

4) Oliver is not sitting in front of Nisha.

After positioning Mahesh, Nisha and Oliver only one position is left which will be occupied by the only person left i.e Kasim.

Thus, according to the final arrangement three people are sitting between the Prakash and Kasim on counting from the right of Kasim.
