Household expenditure = 10%

Book = 15%

Cloth = 20%

Calculation:

Let the total income be "100%"

Saving = 100% - (10% + 15% + 20%)

⇒ 100% - (45%)

⇒ 55%

55% → Rs. 19569

1%  → 19569 / 55 = 355.8

100%  → 355.8 × 100

100%  → Rs. 35580

∴ His monthly income is Rs. 35580
