Given:

Avg(Ashish, Kiran, Mahesh) = 46 ⇒ (A + K + M)/3 = 46

Avg(Ashish, Kiran) = 40 ⇒ (A + K)/2 = 40

Avg(Kiran, Mahesh) = 43 ⇒ (K + M)/2 = 43

Formula used:

Use the average formulas to form equations

Calculations:

⇒ A + K + M = 138 …(1)

⇒ A + K = 80 …(2)

⇒ K + M = 86 …(3)

From (1): substitute (2) and (3)

⇒ (A + K) + M = 138 ⇒ 80 + M = 138 ⇒ M = 58

Now from (3): K + 58 = 86 ⇒ K = 28

∴ Weight of Kiran = 28 kg
