Family resource:

• Family resources are anything we employ to accomplish our aims (our goals).
• They are the things made of and possessed by people that satiate our desires.
• Based on where they came from, family resources are often categorized as human and non-human resources.

Explanation: 

Human Resource:​

• Internally generated, personal traits and qualities of people make up human resources.
• They are more elusive and harder to pin down.
• Human resources are likewise finite, just as other resources.
• Human resources include skill, knowledge, interest, attitude, time, and human energy.

​Non-Human Resource:

• Non-Resources are not components of people rather, they are developed and acquired by humans.
• They can be touched and recognized, hence are tangible.
• Non-human resources are likewise scarce.

• Non-human resources include: money, space, energy, and material goods.

Thus, types of family resources are human and non-human.

• There is no natural process that can renew the traditional energy sources.
• Unconventional energy sources can be replenished.
• These resources have limited stock.
  Unconventional energy sources are advantageous for the environment.

Flexible and non-flexible resources: 

• Flexible resources are versatile and have various uses and can be employed in a variety of resource categories.
