In the end condenser method, the capacitance of the transmission line is assumed to be concentrated at the receiving end (the load end) of the line. 

\(I_S=I_R+I_C\)

\(I_S=I_R+YV_R\)

\(I_S=YV_R+I_R\)  ...... (i)

Applying KVL, we get:

\(V_S=V_R+I_SZ\)

\(V_S=V_R+(YV_R+I_R)Z\)

\(V_S=V_R(1+YZ)+I_RZ\) .......... (ii)

We know that two port equations are as follows:

\(V_S=AV_R+BI_R\)

\(I_S=CV_R+DI_R\)

Comparing equation (i) and (ii) with two port equations mentioned above, we get:

A = 1 + YZ

B = Z

C = Y

D = 1
